While we use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data, no VPN service can guarantee complete privacy and security. By using the App, you acknowledge that some risks, including but not limited to unauthorized access to your data, may still exist.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Power VPN offers both free and paid services. Certain features, including access to premium servers, are available through in-app purchases and subscription plans ("Paid Services").

If you purchase a subscription, the following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly) as described at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings at any time.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as provided in the App Store’s refund policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Durrani Lab Private Limited, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that we believe are harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
